Information We Collect About You
We collect
the following types of Personal Information about you in the following different ways:
a. Personal Information You Provide via our Platform:
• Identifying information
consisting of your first name and last name, employer’s name, job title, email address, phone number, physical
mailing address, age, unique identifiers, and your Internet Protocol (IP) address.
• Account Information
consisting of username and password.
• Geolocation Information consisting of your precise GPS location (with
your consent), imprecise geolocation, and information regarding Wi-Fi access points and cell towers to which
your device is connected to. The types of location data we collect will depend in part on your device and
account settings.

• Device Information
consisting of internet protocol (IP) address, mobile carrier name, hardware information, operating system,
platform information, application version (if application is used) browser type, language information, and

We may associate Personal Information collected by automated

Anonymized information.
We also use Personal Data to create

generated, such data sets are no longer Personal Information subject to this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose
Personal Information with third parties for certain purposes. The categories of third parties to whom we disclose
your Personal Information and the reasons for such disclosures are as follows:

Information, including the default Adobe Commerce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Magento Open-Source
cookies, which third parties provide services to us. However, these third parties may also use this Personal
Information for purposes other than services to us and we do not control these third parties' privacy policies.

Retention of Your Information
We retain your Personal Information for as long
as necessary to provide you products and services, and to fulfill or meet the reason you provided the Personal
Information, and in accordance with our data retention schedule. For example, we may need to retain your personal

claims.
Our retention periods are determined by using and balancing the

or 'preferences' menu of your internet browser. However, if you block all cookies (including strictly necessary
cookies), you may not be able to access or use all or areas and aspects of our Platform.
Messages. If you do not wish to have your email address used by Company to send
you advertising messages, you can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any
marketing emails.
Do Not Track Signals. Because there is no consistent
industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage
practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
Children’s
Privacy
Our Platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may
provide us with any Personal Information on or through the Platform. We do not knowingly collect Personal
Information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child
under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have
any information directly from a child under 16, please contact us using the Contact Information at the end of this

International Users
Our Platform is not intended for use
by and is not directed to residents of the European Union and other countries outside of the United States. All
data is stored and processed in the United States. By using our Platform, you represent that you have read and

where you reside or are located, including in the United States.
Your Personal Information is transferred by
Company to another country only if it is required or permitted under applicable data protection law and provided
that there are appropriate safeguards in place to protect your Personal Information. To ensure your Personal

use data processing agreements between Company and all other recipients of your Personal Information.

We have implemented technical and administrative
measures that endeavor to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use,
alteration, and disclosure. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Unfortunately, the

Verifiable Consumer Request.
In order to verify your request, we may require additional information to allow us to reasonably
verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information, and you must describe your request with
sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to your request. This information may
vary depending on the Personal Information we already have. If we are unable to verify your identity as required
by applicable laws and regulations, we will decline to comply with your request, and let you know why. We may
reject or deny your request as permitted or as required by law. We may charge a fee as permitted by the CCPA, such
as to process or respond to your request if it is excessive, repetitive, manifestly unfounded, or if we believe
the request is fraudulent or submitted for purposes other than exercising applicable privacy rights.
Authorized Agents. You may only make a request to exercise your rights on
behalf of yourself, or a parent or legal guardian may make a request on behalf of their minor child. You also have
